These are the incoming call process and the outgoing call process.

 In the incoming call process, agents answer calls, interact with customers, and assist in resolving issues. 

Outbound calls involve agents making phone calls to conduct surveys or inform customers about products and services. 

It depends on your organization what processes you choose to support and facilitate your business. Call centers in India are the bridge between an organization and its customers. In most call centers in India, agents are trained on products and services before they start working.
